Pricing FAQ

How do credits work?

Each template has a credit cost (79–199). You spend credits when you tap Generate and the render queue accepts your job. Credits reset at the start of each billing period.

What happens if a video fails?

You get your credits back automatically. No charge for failed renders.

Can I roll over unused credits?

Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period. We recommend using them while trends are fresh.

Do you offer refunds?

If a template consistently fails for you, contact support for a credit refund. Used credits for successfully rendered videos are non-refundable.
